About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Solutions Lead to drive digital brand strategy and execution for a leading makeup & cosmetics brand. This role requires a strong understanding of beauty consumers, makeup-led storytelling, and platform-first content across Instagram, YouTube, creators, and e-commerce touchpoints.
You will lead brand narratives, manage senior client stakeholders, and mentor a team while ensuring high-impact, performance-led beauty content. If you live and breathe makeup trends and know how to turn product features into compelling digital ecosystems, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Ownership & Client Leadership
Own end-to-end digital brand solutions for a makeup & cosmetics portfolio
Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
Translate brand objectives into platform-specific beauty storytelling
Ensure consistency in brand tone, product education, and visual identity
Beauty Content & Digital Strategy
Lead Instagram-first beauty content (reels, tutorials, demos, before-after formats)
Build content pillars across product launches, shade stories, how-to's, creator reviews, and UGC
Plan monthly and seasonal content calendars aligned to launches, trends, and consumer moments
Campaigns & Launches
Lead new product launch campaigns from concept to execution
Develop creator-led campaigns using formats like GRWM, transformations, shade matching, and wear tests
Ensure integrated execution across organic, influencer, paid media, and e-commerce content
Performance & Optimization
Review campaign performance across reach, engagement, saves, CTR, and conversions
Translate insights into content, format, and creator optimizations
Continuously refine storytelling based on platform behavior and beauty trends
Team & Process Leadership
Manage, mentor, and upskill brand servicing and creative team members
Drive clarity across briefs, timelines, approvals, and deliverables
Ensure high-quality, detail-oriented, and brand-compliant output
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with creative, influencer, media, production, and design teams
Oversee shoots, edits, creator content, and post-production
Champion best practices in beauty content (lighting, textures, shade accuracy, inclusivity)
Beauty Trends & Culture
Stay updated on global and local beauty trends, creators, and platform features
Track innovations in routines, ingredient storytelling, inclusivity, and community-led discovery
Apply trends to real-time content and campaign planning
What We're Looking For
Core Requirements
4+ years of experience in digital/creative agencies or beauty/cosmetics brands
Proven experience handling makeup or beauty personal care brands
Strong command of Instagram, reels, creators, and beauty-first formats
Experience managing large accounts and senior stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Team leadership experience
Skill Set
Deep understanding of makeup products, shades, textures, finishes, and claims
Ability to convert product benefits into engaging digital content
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Strong visual eye for beauty and product representation
Nice to Have
Experience with e-commerce beauty content and launch assets
Familiarity with influencer ecosystems, contracts, and content rights
Understanding of performance-driven beauty storytelling
