We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Brand Solution Intern who can bring an agency style approach to branding, content creation, and campaign execution. This role requires someone with a passion for storytelling, a strong sense of design, and the ability to work on diverse creative projects across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting & Content Creation:
Develop engaging, brand-aligned copy for campaigns, social media captions, emailers, and marketing materials.
Assist in writing scripts, headlines, and short-form content for various platforms.
Adapt messaging to suit different audiences and formats, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Brand Management Support:
Assist in conceptualising and executing creative campaigns that strengthen brand identity.
Conduct trend research to propose fresh, culturally relevant ideas.
Ensure brand guidelines are maintained in all internal and external communications.
Social Media Handling:
Support day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
Curate and prepare content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
Track performance metrics and suggest creative ways to increase engagement.
Pitch Deck & Presentation Design:
Create visually compelling pitch decks and presentations using Canva.
Integrate visuals, text, and data to tell a strong creative story.
Prepare decks for client meetings, brand pitches, and internal reviews.
Data Organisation & Excel Management:
Maintain well-structured creative asset libraries.
Use Excel to track campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance data.
Sort and organise large volumes of creative references and resources.
Collaboration & Brainstorming:
Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and managers to bring creative concepts to life.
Learning & Skill Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, creative tools, and best practices.
Learn and apply new creative strategies to enhance project outcomes.
This role calls for:
Educational degree in a related field & work experience in this field
Extensive marketing research knowledge
Should be able to carry out statistical analysis easily
Experience in optimizing user funnels
Knowledge of digital marketing tools
* Should know about setting up ad campaigns
