About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and smart Brand Sales Head to lead our luxury brand sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in high-end or premium brand sales, possess excellent English communication skills, and have a proven record of driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a leadership role, ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and a passion for the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute a unified brand and sales strategy that aligns with the company's vision and revenue goals Build and strengthen brand identity and awareness across digital, retail, and experiential platforms Lead the sales team to meet and exceed targets while ensuring a premium customer experience Create and maintain a positive brand perception through consistent messaging, design, and storytelling Conduct in-depth market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive positioning Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and influencer channels Oversee creation of all brand-related content including advertising, social media, website, and promotional materials Build relationships with key stakeholders: showroom owners, agencies, influencers, and high-net-worth clients Monitor and optimize campaign and sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed Manage and track the marketing and sales budget to ensure effective ROI Provide ongoing training, leadership, and motivation to the sales and marketing teams

Requirements



Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury brand sales and/or brand management Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to grow a brand while achieving sales targets Smart, confident, and well-groomed, with a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior Strong leadership skills and team management experience Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strategic outlook Comfortable in high-pressure, result-driven environments
