Key Responsibilities
Brand Monitoring & Engagement
Track brand mentions on social media, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), review websites, parenting forums, and search engines.
Respond to customer comments, reviews, and queries with empathy and professionalism.
Manage and escalate negative feedback appropriately to maintain brand trust.
Reputation Management
Identify reputation risks and proactively recommend improvement actions.Maintain and improve brand ratings on Google, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with customer support to resolve issues and follow up until closure.
Reporting & Insights
Prepare weekly and monthly brand reputation performance reports.
Analyze sentiment trends and present actionable insights to the marketing team.
Suggest improvements to FAQs, policies, or scripts to reduce negative sentiment.
Collaboration
Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Care teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Assist in creating response templates, brand communication guidelines, and ORM strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or relevant field.
Experience: 1-3 years in Brand Management, ORM (Online Reputation Management), Customer Engagement, or related.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi/Gujarati is a plus).
Strong customer empathy, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.Familiarity with social media platforms, review dashboards, and basic analytics.
Team player with good organizational and reporting skills.
