Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as the key point of contact between the company and brand partners or clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Represent the brand in events, meetings, and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align branding efforts with business goals.
Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to improve visibility and reputation.
Monitor customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Prepare and deliver reports on client feedback and branding outcomes.
Resolve partner or client concerns with a positive and professional approach.
Qualifications:
12th to Any degree.
1-3 years of experience in brand management, relationship building, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of marketing and branding principles is a plus.
