Job Title: Brand Relationship Manager (Female Only)

Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (Female) with a passion for luxury retail and accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's client base, managing relationships with existing customers, and supporting the overall business growth strategy. She will play a key role in promoting our brand, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:



1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition

Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, retailers, and distributors within the jewelry and accessories market. Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, trade shows, and online channels. Prepare and present customized business proposals to potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the primary contact for client communications, queries, and support. Manage client feedback and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
3. Market Research & Analysis

Study market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. Provide insights and suggestions for product development, pricing, and promotional strategies.
4. Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure consistent progress toward goals. Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.
5. Brand Promotion & Representation

Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings. Promote the brand image by maintaining professional presentation and product knowledge. Support marketing activities and assist in social media or digital campaigns when needed.
6. Coordination & Team Support

Collaborate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide input to management on customer needs and market demand.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations -- preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Luxury brands, market trends, and customer relations. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Presentation & Negotiation: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and suggest strategies for growth. Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. Personal Attributes: Confident, well-groomed, proactive, and customer oriented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
