About the Role

We are hiring energetic Brand Promotion Executives to promote our Hostel/PG Booking & Management Application --

LOOH

. The role focuses on brand visibility among students, increasing app downloads, field promotion, and user onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Promotion & Awareness

Conduct field marketing activities in colleges, coaching institutes, schools, and hostel areas

Interact with students and explain app features, usability, and benefits

Execute on-ground promotions, events, and small campaigns

Distribute marketing materials (pamphlets, posters, QR cards, etc.)

User Onboarding

Encourage students to download and register on the app

Help new users understand booking flow, features, and benefits

App Awareness Activities

Run desk campaigns inside institutes

Implement visibility strategies to increase downloads

Feedback & Reporting

Collect user/market insights and share daily reports with follow-ups

Relationship Management

Build connections with student leaders, and local influencers

Required Skills

Excellent communication & convincing skills

Confidence in field marketing activities

Basic knowledge of mobile apps & digital platforms

Energetic, positive & approachable personality

Good negotiation ability

Qualification

Graduate / Post-Graduate

MBA (Marketing) preferred

Work Type
