Approach people in events, malls, exhibitions, or public spaces
Confidently invite them to try our VR game experience
Handle rejection smoothly and move on fast
Keep energy high throughout the day
This is not a standing-and-waiting job. You must initiate conversations.2. VR Game Handling
Help users wear and adjust the VR headset
Explain game rules in under 30 seconds
Ensure safe, smooth gameplay
Maintain hygiene and equipment care
(Full training will be provided -- no prior VR experience needed.)
3. Brand Explanation (After Gameplay)
Briefly explain what the Formation brand does
Answer basic questions confidently
Guide interested users to scan QR / follow / enquire
You don't need to "sell" -- just explain clearly.
