Key Responsibilities:
Promote ERP and CRM products to potential clients through in-person visits, calls, events, and demos.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and business value.
Generate leads by engaging with businesses, institutions, and end-users.
Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the marketing and sales teams.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and submit weekly reports.
Work closely with the sales team to support conversions and meet targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year experience
in promoting
ERP/CRM software
or IT products.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical features and explain them in simple terms.
Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach.
Basic understanding of ERP/CRM functionalities and business processes.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
