We are seeking a strategic and creative

Digital Marketer specialized in Brand Promotion / Brand Manager

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute digital branding campaigns Create and manage content across all digital channels Monitor brand performance and audience engagement Ensure consistent brand messaging Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Requirements:



3+ years of experience in digital marketing/brand management Strong skills in social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva Creative mindset with strong communication skills
Responsibilities of the role o Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments o Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration o Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies o Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics o Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics o Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets o Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels o Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support o Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads o Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly o Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets Candidate requirement o Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field o Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy o Established contacts in media o Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics. o Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills o Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity o Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
