Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and drive growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and events) to enhance brand visibility.
Manage brand communication across all channels ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and identity.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create impactful promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and overall brand health metrics.
Oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
Ensure customer engagement and brand loyalty initiatives are effectively executed.
Manage budget allocations for branding and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with analytical abilities to measure effectiveness.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and campaign management.
