Key Responsibilities
A. Brand Promotion & Advocacy
Represent the Brand:
Act as the enthusiastic and knowledgeable face of the brand at events, trade shows, and online.
Customer Engagement:
Directly engage with prospective customers online (social media, livestreams, etc.) and in-person to communicate product value, answer questions, and generate positive buzz.
Execute Campaigns:
Implement promotional strategies and distribute marketing materials to targeted audiences to increase brand visibility and drive product/service adoption.
Gather Feedback:
Collect and relay customer and market feedback to the internal marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
B. Channel Partner Management
Partner Acquisition:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners (e.g., resellers, distributors, affiliates, content creators) that align with company goals.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting, and productive relationships with the partner network.
Enablement & Support:
Provide partners with the necessary training, product knowledge, and resources to effectively promote and sell the company's offerings.
Strategy & Performance:
Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, monitor their performance metrics (KPIs), and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Negotiation:
Assist in the negotiation and management of partnership agreements and contracts.
C. Content Creation & Strategy
Content Development:
Plan, create, and produce high-quality, engaging content (e.g., videos, articles, social media posts, live demos) that promotes the brand and its partners.
Alignment:
Ensure all creator-generated content aligns with the brand's voice, messaging, and legal/compliance guidelines.
Cross-Platform Marketing:
Utilize various channels (e.g., social media, blogs, YouTube, specific partner platforms) to maximize content reach and engagement.
Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of created content and partner campaigns, providing data-driven reports on reach, engagement, and conversion to key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience:
Proven experience in one or more of the following: brand promotion, channel sales, partnership management, or digital content creation.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; confident public speaking and on-camera presence is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and manage relationships with external partners.
Creative & Analytical:
A blend of creativity for content generation and an analytical mindset for tracking campaign performance and partner ROI.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Self-Motivated:
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet aggressive targets.
