• Job Location: Patna City- Total 15 Opening Only in Patna City & Daily basis cover only 2-3 Panwadi Stores
• Salary - CTC Upto Rs. 22000 (Inhand- Rs 18000/-) + Incentive + Mobile Reimbursement Rs 200/-
• Designation: - Field Officer ( Brand Promoter)
• Qualification:- Any Graduate /12th Passed (Fresher Also Welcome but Only Gradate)
• Experience- At least 1-2 Years in Field Sales Preferred from fmcg/Tobacco Industry
• Gender- Male/Female & Age between 20-32 Years
• Shift Timing- 12 Noon to 8 Pm (Cover only 2-3 Panwadi Shop on daily basis for Sampling Cigarettes)

ROLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Presentable & Good Communicator & fluent in Local Hindi Language
• Approaching the Walking Customers at Panwadi Stores/outlets for VST Cigarettes
• Open to working in a field environment/Field Job
• Confident, Sales Skills at least should be to speak with Customer & convinced him
• Generating Sales & Updating sales in the tracker on daily basis
• Preferably from the local area (so that less traveling would be required to reach the outlet)
• Have to report to respective Pan shops @ 12 PM daily
• Greeting the Customer who came at Stores & Pitch them our Products
• Should be Always in Proper Attire/Dressing Sense
