About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented

Brand Promoters

to join our team at Lulu Hypermarkets, Bangalore. As a Brand Promoter, you will be the face of our brand -- engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to promote products and create brand awareness Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions Achieve sales targets and report on customer feedback Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, confident, and approachable personality Prior experience in retail or promotions is preferred but not mandatory Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays Energetic and goal-driven mindset
