Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote the brand and its products at retail stores, events, malls, and promotional locations. Engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and offers. Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned. Maintain product displays, ensure visibility, and follow brand guidelines. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing/sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers. Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the promotional area. Report daily sales, footfall, and activity updates to supervisors. Support marketing campaigns, events, and new product launches, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. 0-3 years of experience in sales, promotion, or customer-handling roles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality. Ability to persuade customers and handle queries effectively. Basic knowledge of retail and promotional activities. Willingness to work on weekends, festivals, and rotational shifts.
