About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Promoter / Field Marketing Executive to represent our brand and engage with customers directly. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, increasing brand visibility, and driving product sales through face-to-face interactions at events, retail locations, and other outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

Promote products and services by engaging with potential customers in retail stores, events, and public spaces. Demonstrate product features, explain benefits, and answer customer questions effectively. Distribute promotional materials such as samples, brochures, and flyers. Organize and participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns. Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to help improve marketing strategies. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Maintain records of promotional activities and sales results. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred. Previous experience in brand promotion, sales, or marketing is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing and friendly personality with ability to engage diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Pay: ₹8,987.78 - ₹30,281.35 per month
