Key Responsibilities
Promote the brand's products/services at stores, events, exhibitions, and on-field activities.
Approach customers, explain product features, and encourage sales.
Demonstrate product usage and address customer queries.
Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility at the assigned location.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing/sales team.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits.
Assist in executing promotional campaigns, sampling activities, and brand activations.
Achieve daily/weekly targets and report activity updates to the supervisor.
Requirements
12th pass or graduate in any discipline (freshers welcome).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Outgoing, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
Ability to handle on-ground marketing activities.
Good sales and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of the brand/product category (training will be provided).
