Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and energetic

Brand Partnerships Associate

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities across diverse industry sectors. Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at brand and agency levels. Create tailored proposals and pitch decks that align with client goals and Mad Influence's service offerings. Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, and operations) to ensure successful campaign execution. Act as the point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction. Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and content innovations. Maintain a detailed pipeline and report regularly on business development performance.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in an

advertising agency or influencer marketing environment

. Strong client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. A natural relationship builder who thrives on networking and strategic partnerships. Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer ecosystems. Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven.
