Key Responsibilities



Product Strategy & Development


1. Design and expand the ISIC benefits portfolio tailored to Indian students while aligning with ISIC's global offerings.

2. Identify gaps and emerging needs (insurance, education technology, skill development, travel, financial services, retail) and translate them into product opportunities.

Partnership Curation & Negotiation
1. Build strategic alliances with brands including edtech platforms, airlines, banks, insurance providers, software companies, retail chains, and lifestyle.

2. Negotiate exclusive deals, pricing, and bundled benefits for ISIC cardholders.

3. Ensure benefits are high-quality, scalable, and aligned with student needs.

Execution & Integration
1. Work with the tech, design, and operations team to ensure seamless integration of benefits into ISIC cards and digital platforms.

2. Develop communication and rollout plans for new benefits in collaboration with marketing.

Research & Benchmarking
1. Continuously analyze global ISIC benefits and benchmark against student benefit programs worldwide.

2. Stay updated on student trends, digital learning tools, and youth-centric products.

Monitoring & Reporting
1. Track benefit adoption, usage, and student satisfaction.

2. Provide reports to leadership and suggest product optimizations.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong background in product development, partnerships, or business development (preferably in edtech, travel, fintech, or consumer brands). Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify and design student-centric benefits. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
Qualification & Experience

MBA/PGDM (preferred) in Marketing, Product Management, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in partnerships, product development, or program management. Prior experience with youth-focused brands, education, travel, or lifestyle sectors will be highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
