dynamic, creative, and execution-focused Brand & Operations Manager
who can take the brand from
concept to market
-- managing everything from product packaging and branding to online sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
: Product & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with third-party Ayurvedic manufacturers for private labeling.
Handle product development, costing, and packaging material sourcing.
Ensure all regulatory compliances (FSSAI, AYUSH, label design, etc.).
Branding & Design
Work with designers to develop the brand identity, packaging, and visual language.
Oversee packaging mockups and final product designs for 25-30 SKUs.
Maintain consistency across all product categories.
E-commerce & Operations
(Meta, Google, influencers).
Handle social media presence, brand storytelling, and content calendar.
Track sales, customer reviews, and performance reports.
Growth & Strategy
Identify new product opportunities and seasonal marketing trends.
Plan festive offers, bundles, and subscription models.
Drive the team towards sales and visibility milestones.

Proven track record of launching or scaling consumer brands.
Strong understanding of packaging, design, and e-commerce operations.
Working knowledge of digital marketing and performance ads.
Highly organized, creative thinker with a "get-it-done" startup mindset.
Qualification
Graduate or MBA (Marketing / Brand Management / Business preferred).
Compensation
?6,00,000 - ?12,00,000 per annum (Performance-based incentives available post-launch)
