About the Role



We are launching a new

Ayurvedic consumer brand

focused on wellness and daily-use products such as oils, shampoos, toothpaste, balms, Tulsi drops, Chyawanprash, Ashwagandha, and more.

We're looking for a

dynamic, creative, and execution-focused Brand & Operations Manager

who can take the brand from

concept to market

-- managing everything from product packaging and branding to online sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

: Product & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with third-party Ayurvedic manufacturers for private labeling. Handle product development, costing, and packaging material sourcing. Ensure all regulatory compliances (FSSAI, AYUSH, label design, etc.).
Branding & Design

Work with designers to develop the brand identity, packaging, and visual language. Oversee packaging mockups and final product designs for 25-30 SKUs. Maintain consistency across all product categories.
E-commerce & Operations

Launch the brand's

D2C website (Shopify / WooCommerce)

. Manage listings and online sales on

Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, and Meesho

. Coordinate logistics (Shiprocket, Pickrr) and manage inventory flow.
Marketing & Sales

Plan and execute

digital marketing campaigns

(Meta, Google, influencers). Handle social media presence, brand storytelling, and content calendar. Track sales, customer reviews, and performance reports.
Growth & Strategy

Identify new product opportunities and seasonal marketing trends. Plan festive offers, bundles, and subscription models. Drive the team towards sales and visibility milestones.

Who We're Looking For



4-8 years of experience in

FMCG / Ayurvedic / Cosmetic / D2C brand management

. Proven track record of launching or scaling consumer brands. Strong understanding of packaging, design, and e-commerce operations. Working knowledge of digital marketing and performance ads. Highly organized, creative thinker with a "get-it-done" startup mindset.

Qualification



Graduate or MBA (Marketing / Brand Management / Business preferred).

Compensation



?6,00,000 - ?12,00,000 per annum
(Performance-based incentives available post-launch)
