We are looking for a proactive and client-focused

Brand Onboarding Specialist

to help grow our logistics business by identifying, inviting, and onboarding new clients (brands). The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, clearly communicate our logistics solutions, and ensure a seamless transition into our service ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Identify and reach out to potential brand partners in eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, and other relevant sectors. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target companies. Present our logistics capabilities clearly and effectively to prospective clients.

Onboarding Coordination:

Lead the onboarding process for new clients from initial sign-up to full integration. Collect and validate client documentation, technical requirements, and service expectations. Ensure all onboarding milestones are completed on time and clients are set up for success.

Training & Support:

Provide training on our logistics systems, processes, and service features. Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments (tech, ops, customer support) during the setup phase.

Relationship Management:

Serve as a key point of contact during the onboarding phase and handover smoothly to the Account Manager post-onboarding. Collect feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress using CRM tools. Report weekly onboarding pipeline status and highlight risks or delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in client onboarding, brand partnerships, or business development--preferably in logistics, SaaS, or B2B sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and logistics operations is a plus. High degree of professionalism and client orientation.
