Role Overview
: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Onboarding Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for onboarding new brands onto the SmartBizz platform or launching their official websites. The role will be entirely target-based, offering exciting growth opportunities for individuals who are passionate about brand development and digital onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and reach out to potential new brands suitable for the SmartBizz platform.
Pitch SmartBizz services effectively and onboard brands through structured processes.
Assist brands in launching their individual websites through SmartBizz, ensuring timely project execution.
Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets as defined by management.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, brand status, and project timelines.
Represent the company professionally in all communications with brand partners.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, client onboarding, account management, or related fields.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under a target-based structure.
Basic understanding of e-commerce, brand launches, and website operations is preferred.
Self-driven, organised, and proactive attitude.
