Stan Ventures is a white-label SEO partner that powers growth for agencies and in-house B2B marketing teams. We combine paid acquisition, lifecycle and revenue operations, organic growth, community, and a U.S.-based brand and creative studio.

Role Purpose

As a Brand Multimedia Designer, you will own the design and creative expression of StanVentures across digital platforms. Your work is not just about visuals--it drives brand impact, storytelling, and customer connection. From static designs to engaging video content, you will be the custodian of our brand identity, ensuring it evolves while staying consistent across all touchpoints.
You'll collaborate with our fast-growing team, creating high-quality designs and multimediacontent that resonates with a U.S.-centric audience.

What You'll Do

? Design stunning visuals and engaging creatives using Figma & Canva
? Create short-form and long-form video content using Premiere Pro/After Effects
? Own and evolve the brand identity across social, campaigns, web, and digital assets
? Maintain and improve templates, design systems, and creative libraries
? Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams on campaigns
? Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all outputs
? Experiment with fresh ideas, hooks, and storytelling that drive conversions

What We're Looking For

? Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, & Canva
? 3-5 years of experience designing for a brand (agency or in-house)
? A creative mind that can also be a brand custodian
? Ability to maintain and evolve brand consistency across touchpoints
? Bonus: Skilled in short-form video editing for social media

Must Haves

? 3-5 years in brand design/multimedia for B2B brands or agencies
? Proven experience designing within a brand system and style guide
? Hands-on expertise in Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects
? Strong understanding of design for U.S. audience sensibilities
? Ability to produce both static and motion graphics
? Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1.00 per year
