Overview:
Lead the Brand 7Up and it's Pack/Product innovations for India BU. This Position helps the category lead for Flavours to drive Brand Penetration, Equity and Volumes for 7Up thus strengthening PepsiCos play within the CSD segment. This person shall also be the key Spoc between Global and India collaboration on the Brand for better synergies, efficiencies and strategic alignments on the Brand.
Responsibilities:
Translate Region SBP goals on 7Up to robust AOP tactics
Lead task of building 7Up Core as a national brand, stretching outside its core South market.
Build a robust architecture on 7Up which supports the brand's stretch in the relavant demand space
Partner with global and regional brand leads to execute brand strategies and plans for 7Up.
Ensure translation of Brand Priorities in market by collaborating with Franchise managers.
Build 7Up as a strong, differentiated Brand with relevant regional nuances and strategic consumer touch points.
