Job Title : Marketing and Branding Specialist

Progenesis Fertility Center is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing and

Branding Specialist to oversee all offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for identifying Below The Line (BTL) activation opportunities, coordinating

with vendors, negotiating costs, and executing campaigns effectively. Additionally, this

role involves overseeing the installation of branding materials at clinics, including

signage and space branding etc. The Offline Marketing and Branding Specialist will also

play a key role in planning and executing events, as well as coordinating monthly camp

marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify BTL activation opportunities nearby centers.

? Research and select vendors for offline marketing campaigns, negotiate costs,

and oversee campaign execution.

? Coordinate the design, production, and installation such as hoarding, flyers, and

other promotional materials.

? Plan and execute camp marketing activities at nearby locations, coordinating with

relevant stakeholders.

? Ensure all necessary branding installations at clinics are in place on time, such

as signage, space branding etc.

? Provide dimensions to designers for branding materials, review and approve

designs, and coordinate with vendors for installation.

? Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure quality of materials and services

provided.

? Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives and

branding efforts, providing regular reports to management.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between offline and

online marketing efforts.

? Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in offline marketing and

branding.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

? More than 2 years of experience in offline marketing, branding, or a related role.

? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

? Knowledge of the healthcare or service industry is preferred.
