Customer insights through surveys, one-to-one interviews, Focus Group discussions etc
Strategize and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, onboard new customers, and thus drive sales
Develop a deep understanding of the customer segments and personas and to be the customer champion in the organization
Sales Data analysis to uncover trends and insights and find opportunities for growth
Liaison with various internal and external partners/agencies for effective implementation of brand awareness building plans
Customer Retention Marketing
Manage entire retention marketing including campaign strategy, execution, budget management, and performance reporting
Run the day-to-day retention marketing campaigns and spearhead active sessions by creating omnichannel (push notifications, Whatsapp, In-app prompts, SMS, email etc) marketing campaigns and journeys based on various customer segments to drive activation, engagement & retention.
Share daily projections on existing customer orders to Planning, Operations and Procurement teams
Coordinate with Procurement and Tech Team to introduce new products and features to maximize the ATV
Work closely with City Operations and Customer Service Team to push for flash sales for inventory optimization
Conduct regular audits of conversion rate optimization, A/B tests, and feedback sharing to drive wallet share maximization efforts
Report on weekly and monthly performance, targets and trend data, and key insights
Stay on top of retention marketing industry trends
Test new channels to continue to meet and exceed established metrics.

Skills and Experience:
Excellent eye for detail
Highly organized with strong time management and planning skills

MBA/PGDM from a reputed B-School
1-2 years of working experience in Branding, Marketing Communication, or Marketing at D2C, FMCG companies or Advertising agencies
Good English and Malayalam communication skills
Data-driven thinking
Exposure to any of the customer engagement tools would be an added advantage.
