We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Brand Marketing Manager

who can handle both

offline and online marketing activities

for our company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and handling the unique challenges of a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and execute

offline and online marketing campaigns

. Develop brand awareness and ensure strong brand positioning in the market. Handle

startup-specific marketing strategies

to drive growth. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts. Manage promotional activities, events, and partnerships. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Create and manage engaging content for social media, digital ads, and offline materials.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

marketing, branding, and campaign management

. Strong understanding of

startup ecosystems and marketing challenges

. Hands-on experience with

digital marketing tools

(social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing). Ability to manage

offline campaigns

such as events, canopies, posters, and field promotions. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving ability.

Education Qualification:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,443.60 - ₹60,820.48 per month

Work Location: In person
