Position Overview
The
Brand Marketing Manager
will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to strengthen Giantlok's market position in India. This role involves managing brand identity, digital marketing, product promotions, market research, and communications to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement the brand marketing roadmap aligned with Giantlok's business objectives.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
Build and enhance brand awareness among B2B and B2C customer segments.
Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, and trade shows).
Work with cross-functional teams to launch new products and support sales enablement initiatives.
Measure campaign performance and ROI, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Digital Marketing
Oversee online brand presence across website, social media, and digital platforms.
Manage SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising to drive traffic and leads.
Collaborate with external agencies and creative teams for digital content creation.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Translate data into actionable strategies for market expansion and brand differentiation.
Public Relations & Events
Manage PR initiatives, product showcases, trade exhibitions, and partnerships.
Develop marketing collaterals, press releases, and corporate communication materials.
Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure marketing alignment.
Coordinate with the global Giantlok brand team for unified branding standards and messaging.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
.
4-6 years
of relevant experience in
brand management, B2B marketing, or industrial product marketing
.
Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing tools
