Roles & Responsibilities: Experience: 2-4 years (Post Qualification) in FMCG Industrial Environment Educational Qualification: MBA - Marketing - Branding/Advertisements Assumes responsibility for monitoring all marketing and branding activities for the organization while maintaining brand focus internally and externally. - Develops the marketing and brand management strategy to support top line and bottom line growth and forays into new segments and innovative products for the organization. - Directs the evaluation of Brand portfolio including Brand definition & proposition, advertising concept, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for the Organization. assumes overall responsibility for brand activation. Ensures coordination with the sales department to implement and monitor all marketing initiatives for the organization. - Ensures effective media evaluation and planning to attain maximum ROI by coordinating with key media providers. Strategic: scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing consumers. - Drives the formulation of marketing strategies encompassing the organization. Understands the strategic business requirements of the organization based on the organization\'s growth focus and strategy. Operational: - Develop strategies into detailed marketing plans and executions. - Supports all clusters towards ensuring meeting the dynamic consumer needs across all markets. - Ensures individual brand focus is maintained through all possible media options and coordinates with corporate communication to ensure alignment of branding strategy. Financial: - Develops annual plans and budgets for the brand and monitors the expenditure. - Ensures optimal pricing of products so that the top-line and bottom-line objectives of the brand group are strictly met. - Strives to increase return on expenditure on advertisement & brand endorsement Key Skills: - Marketing Strategies & Campaigns - Integrated Marketing Communications - Agency/ Vendor Management - Product Positioning & Branding - Digital & Social Media Marketing - Market Research & Consumer Insights - Advertising & Activation Campaigns - Sales Collateral & Support - Annual Brand Plans - New Product Development & Launch Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:
