Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Content Strategy
Own and evolve brand voice, positioning, and narrative
Build quarterly brand calendars aligned with product, content, and performance goals
Develop, brief, and lead brand campaigns from concept to execution
Identify and act on key cultural and consumer moments to stay relevant
Social & Digital
Lead all social handles (IG, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strategy-first approach
Ensure consistency in visual and verbal identity across digital platforms
Work closely with the performance team to align brand + business goals (eg: landing pages, ad comms, UGC strategy)
Campaigns & Community
Conceptualize and launch brand-led campaigns -- product drops, topical moments, brand love IPs
Partner with stylists, creators, production teams to bring ideas to life
Collaborate with PR, influencer & partnership leads to amplify campaigns
Nurture community engagement -- from DMs to comments to events
Team Management & Collaboration
Lead the content, copy, and design team; motivate, review, and manage output
Coordinate cross-functionally with performance, CX, product, and founder team
Build processes to drive clarity, ownership, and timely delivery
Who We are Looking For:
3-4 years of experience in brand marketing (preferably D2C)
Proven track record of building engaging brand campaigns with measurable outcomes
Deep understanding of the Indian social media and cultural landscape
Experience managing content/design teams and external agencies
A strong design + copy sensibility, you are picky in the best way
Ability to think creatively + commercially (can balance vibes with ROI)
Self-starter attitude, comfort with chaos, and hunger to build something meaningful
