What do we need
We're looking for a highly-driven self-starter, to build, own, and scale the brand marketing efforts at ideazmeet. We're looking for someone who's not just excited about brand marketing, but genuinely curious about how content, design, events, and digital strategy come together to shape a brand. You'll work hands-on across campaigns, content, and community to help ideazmeet grow into a category-defining name in the manufacturing space. We're looking for a
Brand Marketing Intern
who's smart, scrappy, and ready to roll up their sleeves across a wide range of marketing activities; from online events to influencer campaigns and everything in between.
This isn't a coffee-fetching kind of internship. It's a launchpad to become a future Brand Manager, someone who can shape narratives, manage campaigns, collaborate with agencies, and help ideazmeet become the go-to brand for the manufacturing community in India, (and globally) over the next 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
Event Marketing (Online + Offline)
Assist in planning, promoting, and executing online webinars and offline activations that bring our industrial community together. Plan and execute our brand properties like podcast, educational webinars, and even launch new ones in the future.
Content Marketing
Support the creation and distribution of content across LinkedIn, Facebook Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, and blogs. Help maintain brand tone and storytelling across all touchpoints.
Creative Production & Agency Management
Work closely with the digital team, designers, and video editors to bring your content pieces to life. Coordinate with external agencies and/or freelancers to repurpose content and ensure distribution across relevant channels of communication including social media, email, and WhatsApp. Grow our social media presence and follower base.
Influencer & Community Marketing
Identify micro and niche influencers in the B2B/manufacturing/tech ecosystem. Help build our community presence across wider audiences.
Brand Measurement & Insights
Track brand health metrics, social performance (followership, listening, engagement), and ROI. Help the team connect the creative to measurable impact.
Internal Brand & Stakeholder Management
Assist with internal brand ambassador campaigns for teams and leadership. Maintain alignment with company vision and values and liaison with product, sales, tech, and HR functions.
What We're Looking For Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Management Studies
o Marketing / Mass Communication / Journalism
o Advertising / Media Studies / Design
o Business / Commerce / Liberal Arts with a creative tilt
Strong interest or prior exposure (internships, freelance, college projects) in at least one of the following:
o Content creation or social media management
o Brand campaigns or event planning
o Graphic design, writing, or digital storytelling
Bonus if you have:
o Managed a college fest / run a creative side hustle
o Written for a publication / blog / brand
o Used tools like Canva, Notion, Figma, or any email platform
o Run your own page or helped a small brand grow on Instagram or LinkedIn
Skills that will help you excel in this role:
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Strong creative judgment and a keen eye for design, detail, & storytelling
Self-starter with an ownership mindset, you don't wait to be told what to do
Comfort working in a startup-like, fast-paced environment
Curiosity about how industries work, especially manufacturing, exports, or B2B tech
Fair understanding of media and budget planning, and agency collaboration
Basic knowledge of Google/Meta Ads, SEO, or email marketing tools (a plus!)
Experience with Canva, Notion, Figma or any social media management tools is a cherry on the cake.
Growth Trajectory
This internship is built as a
launchpad for a Brand Manager role
at ideazmeet. Over 6 months, you'll be mentored directly by the CMO, take on real projects, and build a body of work that could fast-track you into a permanent brand leadership role within our team.
