Key Responsibilities
Brand Building & Communication
Assist in developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen recall and visibility.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms (print, digital, events, social).
Coordinate with creative teams/agencies for content, designs, and campaigns.
Marketing Campaigns (Offline + Online)
Plan and execute mass marketing activities such as events, local activations, print, and radio ads.
Manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative campaign ideas.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Create and post engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
Run targeted paid ad campaigns, track ROI, and optimize budgets.
Use analytics tools to monitor performance and prepare monthly reports.
Market Research & Insights
Conduct customer and market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
Collect feedback from campaigns and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Cross-functional Support
Work with vendors, creative agencies, and internal teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
Support sales and operations teams with marketing materials, collaterals, and presentations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2 years of experience in
marketing, branding, or digital marketing
.
Strong understanding of
both offline marketing (ATL/BTL) and online marketing (social media, digital ads)
.
Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative campaigns.
Hands-on knowledge of tools such as
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, MS Office
(basic design/editing tools preferred).
Excellent communication (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred) and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines.
