Position Summary:

The Brand Marketing Executive, Activation
will support the brand team in driving consumer engagement across on-ground activations and social & digital media platforms across all channels. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, creative thinking, and operational excellence to ensure flawless execution of brand campaigns across touchpoints - from events and sampling to on-ground activation & social content.
Ideal candidate would be someone who has experience of doing Brand Operations Executive role in an FMCG organization. Looking for someone with passion for flawless execution & creative design, who is eager to grow and contribute to exciting projects by collaborating with brand team and designers & agencies to bring ideas to life.
The role is based out of Gurgaon.
Roles and Responsibilities & Key Deliverable
1. Events & Activations
Manage end-to-end execution of consumer events and on-ground activations including layouts, stall designs, brand messaging & deployment
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders for seamless, high-quality delivery
Share post-activity reports, visuals, and performance updates to track execution quality
2. POSM Management
Oversee creative adaptations and language translations for POSM materials across markets
Coordinate dispatches and follow-ups with the sales team to ensure on-time delivery
Ensure timely sharing of installation and execution pictures for visibility and documentation
3. Sampling Operations
Manage complete operational coordination on all sampling activities - including product and kit delivery follow-ups across multiple activations and promoter deployment tracking
Monitor activity rollouts to ensure brand compliance and quality of execution
Collate feedback and share insights for continuous improvement
4. Content & Creative (Adaptations, Proofing, Copywriting) across all media
Handle creative localization and approvals for RWA, radio, and digital media assets -- including language and regional nuances
Assist brand team in developing engaging content from main campaign for social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others) and performance marketing - includes proofreading all content as per brand tonality & consistency by coordinating with agencies
Website content updation as per need basis
Assist in development of Influencer marketing content and content for E-com channel activations
Write catchy clear copy for captions, taglines and campaign headlines - including mailer designs for every campaign
Agency & Team co-ordination - Liaise with creative and media agencies for timely delivery of assets and campaign rollouts
6. Trends and Analytics
Assist brand team on analytics of business performance mapped to activation and media post eval metrics month on month
Prepare updates on latest social media trends, tools & best practices
Competitors & Industry watch on on-ground activations, shopper activations, media campaigns, new launches and suggest ways to improve brand activation across
7. System & Artwork operations
Assist brand team on system work (like code creation, PLM) and artwork co-ordination on all BAU projects (vendor change, regulatory change, PPA, etc.)
Organizational Relationships
This position reports to the Head - Marketing.
Knowledge/Experience
MBA Marketing preferred. Should have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design.
Should have about 4 years of brand operations experience in FMCG industry (Foods preferred but not mandatory)
Demonstrated strong operations and execution excellence in building brand presence across multiple touchpoints with consistency in a methodical manner
Understands brand guidelines and campaign core idea to be able to create creative adapts across different activations and media - keeping same tonality
Strong grounding on looking at creatives with attention to detail - understand legal / regulatory guidelines etc.
Experience of working on internal systems and artwork coordination with cross functions (packaging, legal, regulatory) for new SKUs
Strong communication skills - verbal and written both
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
Should have good understanding of business analytics and reporting
