This role is your

entry point into all things marketing

at AMINU. You'll start with the most important part - learning how to interact with people (our customers and our internal teams), understanding the brand's purpose, and seeing how conversations shape connections. As you grow, you'll get to explore campaigns, creative storytelling, and strategy across the many buckets of marketing.

Your Starting Point (Mandatory):

ORM + CRM

- Engaging directly with our customers, listening to their experiences, and running small-scale campaigns. This is the heart of the role and where every journey at AMINU marketing begins.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers OR up to 1 year of marketing experience Enthusiastic, curious, and skincare-loving people A people-person who enjoys listening and can communicate clearly. Someone who thrives in a little chaos (marketing + social = fast + messy). Curious, empathetic, observant, and hands-on, you'd rather try than just watch. Eager learners (and un-learners!)

Details

In-office - Kandivali, Mumbai (No remote or WFH)

10 AM - 7 PM | Monday - Saturday

Duration: 3 to 6 Months probation, then full-time conversion

Stipend for probation is 15,000 /month (non negotiable)

Salary Range: 3 to 4 LPA CTC after full time conversion
