Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and creative

Brand Manager

to lead brand development, positioning, and communication for our clients across advertising and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge strategy, creativity, and execution--ensuring brand consistency, strong market presence, and measurable business impact.

The Brand Manager will work closely with clients, creative teams, digital marketers, and media planners to build and grow brands through integrated advertising and digital campaigns.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Planning

Develop and manage comprehensive brand strategies aligned with client business objectives. Define brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and visual identity guidelines. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand decisions. Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative brand-building initiatives.
Client Management

Act as the primary brand custodian and strategic partner for assigned clients. Lead brand-related client discussions, presentations, and workshops. Translate client briefs into clear strategic directions for internal teams. Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Campaign Development & Execution

Collaborate with creative, content, social media, performance marketing, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: digital, social, print, outdoor, influencer, and experiential. Review and approve creative concepts, copy, designs, and digital assets from a brand perspective. Oversee campaign launches and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Digital & Performance Oversight

Work with digital teams to align brand storytelling with performance-driven campaigns. Monitor brand health metrics, engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness. Use data and analytics to optimize brand campaigns and improve ROI.
Brand Governance

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external communications. Ensure compliance with brand standards across multiple platforms and partners. Manage brand assets and documentation.
Reporting & Analysis

Track brand performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics. Prepare campaign performance reports and brand health reviews for clients. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data and market trends.
Collaboration & Leadership

Work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, media, and production teams. Mentor junior team members on brand thinking and best practices. Stay updated on advertising, digital, and branding trends to bring fresh ideas to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Business, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in brand management, preferably within an advertising or digital agency. Strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and consumer behavior. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously. Experience working with creative and digital teams. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Proficiency in brand research, campaign planning, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills

Experience with integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital). Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content strategy. Familiarity with performance marketing and analytics tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
