Yes Madam is a leading tech-enabled D2C beauty & wellness brand, now expanding into Hair & Skin categories. We're seeking a strategic Digital Brand Marketing Manager .
Key Responsibilities
Lead the brand launch, positioning, and GTM strategy for the new Hair & Skin category.
Build a strong digital-first brand identity, voice, and communication across all online touchpoints.
Conceptualize and execute digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and co-marketing initiatives.
Leverage consumer insights, digital analytics, and performance data to shape brand strategies and optimize outcomes.
Develop scalable digital frameworks for awareness & engagement.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent, impactful brand storytelling.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in D2C / Beauty / FMCG brand marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and branding.
Proven track record in digital-led brand building and category launches.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.
Team handling experience preferred.
Important Note
We are specifically looking for a candidate with expertise in digital brand marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
