We're looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to shape the vision, positioning, and growth of a premium, clinically tested product brand. This role is perfect for someone who blends scientific understanding, marketing expertise, and consumer insight to build credibility and preference across professional and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Drive brand strategy, awareness vision & positioning in line with business goals.
2-Collaborate with R&D & regulatory teams to turn clinical data into compelling product stories.
3-Lead new product launches, rebranding & packaging aligned with premium standards.
4- Conduct market & consumer research to uncover growth opportunities.
5- Work with content & digital teams to deliver impactful communication (blogs, videos, emailers, listings, etc.).
6-Manage brand budgets effectively in collaboration with finance teams.
What You'll Do
1-Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to deliver seamless execution of brand plans.
2-Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports to measure marketing effectiveness
3-Support new product development and explore innovative marketing approaches.
Leverage digital marketing & e-commerce channels to boost brand presence.
Qualification:
1- MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Pharma, Healthcare, FMCG, or Premium Consumer Brands preferred).
2- 5-8 years of brand management experience, with at least 2-3 years in premium product handling.
3- Strong strategic, analytical & cross-functional collaboration skills.
