Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to strengthen the school's image and visibility within the education sector.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, school events, open houses, and community outreach programs to attract admissions.
Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, website updates, SEO, and online advertising to maintain a consistent brand presence.
Collaborate with the admission and academic teams to ensure marketing strategies align with school objectives and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with media partners, vendors, and creative agencies for branding and promotional activities.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education domain.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and public interactions.
Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements based on data and feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding or marketing, preferably in the education or service industry.
Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing tools and strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
