Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's brand strategy, guidelines, and value proposition
- Increase brand visibility in the Indian market, expanding brand influence through effective brand promotion activities
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities
- Manage the budget for advertising and promotional activities, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with branding agencies, suppliers, and partners
- Support the sales team and dealers by providing necessary marketing materials and brand presentation tools; design PPTs for the sales team showcasing brand strengths and past projects
- Conduct market research, collect and analyze brand-related data to optimize marketing strategies
- Create and manage social media content, maintain interactions with visitors, and share potential leads
Job Requirements:
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with experience in the Indian market preferred
- Excellent offline event planning and execution skills, able to translate brand strategy into actionable plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with designers, customers, and dealers
- Deep understanding and insight into the Indian market, with the ability to adjust brand strategies according to market changes
- Exceptional project management skills, able to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment
- Fluency in English and Hindi, capable of professional business communication
- Familiarity with social media management tools and website updates
- Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work closely with both the headquarters and local teams
