About the Role



We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Brand Manager

to take charge of the monitoring and development of one of our key premium service brands. This role is not about creating a new brand from scratch but about strengthening and elevating an existing one.

The Brand Manager will ensure that the brand consistently delivers on its promise of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for tracking progress, driving improvements, and ensuring the brand continues to grow stronger in the market.

Key Responsibilities



Monitor and evaluate brand performance regularly through customer feedback, service quality checks, and operational reports. Identify gaps and opportunities to improve service standards, customer satisfaction, and brand visibility. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the brand's positioning and reputation in the market. Work closely with District Managers and regional teams to ensure consistent execution of brand standards. Coordinate with marketing teams to design campaigns, promotions, and communication strategies that reinforce the brand identity. Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and prepare reports for senior management with recommendations for improvement. Train and guide teams to adopt brand values and ensure consistent delivery across regions. Support leadership in aligning brand development with organizational goals and market needs.

Requirements



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, service development, or a related role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and improve performance metrics. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Experience in managing service-based brands is a plus. Ability to work independently while driving results through cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
