About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Manager who will spearhead our marketing campaigns, brand strategy, public relations, and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about branding, love taking initiative, and enjoy bringing innovative ideas to life. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and leadership skills, craft compelling brand messages, and enhance our overall brand perception in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of strategic brand campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals and target audience.
Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and customer acquisition.
Create a cohesive brand identity and voice that resonates across digital and offline channels.
Spearhead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and positive brand perception.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling and on-brand content for marketing initiatives.
Work closely with copywriters to ensure high-quality organic blog content that resonates with the target audience.
Analyze and assess social media trends to drive engagement and increase brand visibility, leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Monitor, track, and report on social media metrics, campaign performance, and digital trends to refine strategies for maximum impact.
Lead and manage public relations initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with media outlets to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to promote the brand and expand its reach in the fintech and lending space.
Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform brand strategies
Proactively identify new opportunities for brand development, digital innovation, and marketing initiatives.
Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table that push the boundaries of traditional branding and digital marketing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, customer experience, and sales, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and market positioning.
Mentor and guide the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
Experience with social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of brand building, creative direction, and PR strategies.
Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, and content marketing.
