Job Summary

We are seeking a

Brand Manager (Female Candidates Preferred)

to lead and oversee all social media operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must have

proven experience (minimum 1-2 years or more)

in managing brand accounts, handling deadlines, and leading creative teams. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and complete ownership of social media growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage

end-to-end social media strategy and execution

for all assigned brands. Plan, create, and monitor

monthly and campaign-based content calendars

. Lead and coordinate with

designers, content writers, video editors, and marketing teams

to ensure timely delivery. Ensure

daily posting, scheduling, engagement, and community management

across all platforms. Maintain consistency with

brand tone, visual identity, and communication guidelines

. Analyze social media performance, insights, and trends; prepare

weekly and monthly performance reports

. Strategize and execute

paid & organic campaigns

, launches, and promotions. Manage multiple brands and projects while

working under strict deadlines

. Stay updated with

platform algorithms, trends, and best practices

. Take full ownership of results including

reach, engagement, growth, and conversions

.
Skills & Qualifications

Female candidates only / strongly preferred

Minimum

1-2 years or more of proven experience

as a Social Media Manager (Freshers not eligible). Strong

leadership, team management, and decision-making skills

. In-depth knowledge of

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

, and other platforms. Experience with

content planning, analytics, reporting, and campaign management

. Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and

meet tight deadlines

. Basic knowledge of tools like

Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling & analytics tools

is required. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Salary

?20,000 - ?40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
