We are seeking a
dynamic, visionary, and execution-driven Brand Manager
to lead brand strategy, storytelling, creative execution, and performance analytics across our diverse entertainment portfolio.
Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for building, evolving, and governing multiple brands while driving measurable business outcomes. The role combines
strategic branding, creative leadership, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making
, including responsibility for
footfall, food & beverage revenue (foodfall), and MIS reporting
for existing and upcoming entertainment and F&B verticals.
Define and evolve
brand positioning, architecture, and narratives
across diverse audience segments (families, youth, tourists).
Lead
brand facelifting, refresh, and repositioning initiatives
for legacy brands to align with modern consumer expectations.
2. Creative Direction & Content Leadership
Oversee
concept ideation, content creation, and visual storytelling
aligned with each brand's identity.
Direct and approve creative assets including
TVCs, digital campaigns, OOH, print ads, in-park branding, and on-ground collateral
.
Lead and manage internal creative teams and external agencies (designers, writers, production houses) to ensure brand consistency and quality.
3. Brand Launches & Product Innovation
Head
launch strategy and execution
for new attractions, experiences, and F&B concepts (e.g., VGP VAGOBA, See-Through Diner).
Plan and execute
walk-ins, repeat visits, average spend, and F&B conversion
.
Use insights to refine
marketing strategies, promotional offers, pricing communication, and customer engagement initiatives
.
Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across brands, attractions, and F&B outlets.
6. MIS Reporting & Performance Review
Prepare and present
weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports
covering:
Brand performance
Campaign effectiveness
Footfall and foodfall metrics
Revenue contribution by brand and attraction
Develop dashboards and actionable reports for
senior management and leadership reviews
.
Ensure data accuracy by coordinating with
operations, finance, ticketing, and F&B teams
.
7. Brand Governance & Consistency
Define, document, and enforce
brand guidelines
across all customer touchpoints--signage, uniforms, merchandise, packaging, digital assets, and communications.
Conduct regular brand audits to ensure
consistent storytelling and visual identity
across offline and online platforms.
Desired Skills & Experience
5-8 years
of hands-on brand management experience in
entertainment, FMCG, QSR, hospitality, tourism, or media
.
Proven experience in
rebranding, new launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and multi-brand management
.
Strong
storytelling, creative judgment, and visual sensibility
, with knowledge of production workflows.
Demonstrated ability in
data analysis, revenue tracking, and MIS reporting
.
Experience managing
ATL & BTL campaigns
, agency coordination, and performance-driven marketing.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and project management
skills.
Ability to manage brands with
distinct personalities
, from family-friendly attractions to youth-centric nightlife concepts.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
MBA preferred
.
