Job Description

BRAND MANAGER - E COMMERCE:

:

Develop and execute online brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns to create awareness and loyalty.

Oversee the online store as a product, focusing on user experience, conversion, and smooth functionality

Manage digital product roadmaps, features, and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends.

Drive traffic and sales via SEO, SEM (PPC), social media, email, and content marketing, ensuring brand alignment.

Use data to understand customer behaviour, track performance, and identify optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with tech, marketing, sales, and design teams to align vision and execution.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) & tech.

Digital marketing expertise (SEO, Analytics, Paid Media).

UX/UI principles for online retail.

Market research & competitive analysis.

Strategic thinking & data-driven decision-making.

Role Focus:

Brand Manager Side: Shaping perception, consistency, and loyalty.

E-commerce Side: Driving online sales, platform performance, and digital customer journeys.

Full-time, Permanent

General Shift: 09:30 to 7:00pm - Monday to Saturday
