Overview
We are seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to grow a personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will own content strategy, planning, copywriting, posting, analytics, and coordination with our graphics designer and video editors to deliver high-performing short-form content in themes such as travel, business, and entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
Develop platform-specific strategies and weekly content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Ideate and script short-form content (hooks, outlines, captions, CTAs) tailored to each platform's best practices.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce assets; provide briefs, storyboards, and clear feedback.
Conduct trend, audience, and competitor research; recommend timely content formats and topics.
Optimize for reach and engagement using platform-native features, hashtag research, thumbnails, and titles.
Schedule and publish posts at optimal times; manage comments, DMs, and community interactions.
Repurpose content across platforms while preserving platform-native style and voice.
Track performance via analytics; run A/B tests; present insights and action plans.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and narrative across channels.
Coordinate cross-posting, series concepts, and campaigns around travel, business, and entrepreneurship themes.
Uphold brand safety, privacy, and compliance with platform policies.
Qualifications
2+ years managing social media for a personal brand, creator, or executive profile across the listed platforms.
Proven ability to craft engaging hooks, captions, and scripts for short-form video and carousel/posts.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and community management.
Experience turning concepts into clear creative briefs and storyboards for design/video teams.
Comfortable analyzing metrics (reach, engagement rate, completion rate, saves, shares, profile views) and iterating.
Familiarity with scheduling and project tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social, ClickUp, Asana, Notion).
Basic knowledge of editing workflows to give constructive feedback (no hands-on editing required).
Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage a consistent posting cadence.
Nice-to-Have
Experience building personal brand narratives and multi-part series.
Knowledge of UGC sourcing, creator collaborations, and live content planning.
Ability to propose lightweight content capture frameworks (shot lists, interview prompts, B-roll plans).
