to elevate our presence and craft compelling brand narratives.

Experience:

3+ years in Branding/Marketing

What Youll Do:

Brand Strategy: Develop and execute innovative branding strategies that strengthen Shruss market presence and identity.

Content & Storytelling: Create engaging and meaningful brand stories, campaigns, and messaging that connect with our audience.

Marketing Campaigns: Plan and oversee brand campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.

Visual Identity: Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics, from packaging to digital creatives.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach.

Customer Engagement: Build a strong brand community through interactive and valuedriven experiences.

Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor insights to refine branding efforts.

What Were Looking For:

Passion for sarees, handlooms, and storytelling.

Proven experience in branding, marketing, or PR (preferably in fashion/lifestyle).

Strong creative thinking with an eye for aesthetics and design.

Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
