Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

Recruit, train, and coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to enhance team performance and service quality.

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and implement sales plans, organize promotional events, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities to drive branch growth.

Financial Management:

Manage the branch budget, control costs, monitor financial reports, and set financial objectives to ensure profitability.

Operations & Compliance:

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the branch, maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and oversee administrative tasks.

Customer Service:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve customer issues and complaints, and gather feedback for service improvement.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development of branch strategies, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior management.

Products Are:

Gold Loan, Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit and Insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
