Manage the branch budget, control costs, monitor financial reports, and set financial objectives to ensure profitability.
Operations & Compliance:
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the branch, maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and oversee administrative tasks.
Customer Service:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve customer issues and complaints, and gather feedback for service improvement.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of branch strategies, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
