Brand Positioning & Voice
Define and protect the brand's core identity and tone across every channel.
TOF & MOF Communication Strategy
Lead the planning and execution of content, influencers, hero campaigns, and IPs that build awareness, consideration, and trust.
TOF/MOF Media Integration
Work with the performance team to build effective full-funnel narratives. Ensure our TOF/MOF assets are not just creative, but also converting.
Communication Systems & IPs
Build repeatable and scalable content formats, not just one-off campaigns.
Brand Consistency Across Touchpoints
Ensure uniformity across all consumer assets
Organic Growth & Search Volumes
Drive top-of-funnel visibility and consistent storytelling.
Brand Health Tracking
Run quarterly brand health trackers (awareness, NPS, trust), and use the insights to influence content, performance, and category priorities.
### What We're Looking For:
4-6 years of experience in brand management, content-led marketing, or performance-driven creative
Experience in consumer brands, wellness, beauty, or D2C is a plus
Strong analytical thinker - can break down creative performance, spot insights in data, and connect inputs to outcomes
Clear communicator, structured problem-solver, proactive executor
Comfortable working cross-functionally across performance, content, category, and design
Owner mind-set - you push things forward without waiting for instructions
You don't just execute a brand, you liveit, protect it, and make sure every touchpoint reflects its core, brand custodian in true sense
