Position Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our respiratory brand in India. As a Brand Manager - Specialty, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our respiratory therapy brand that drive growth and customer engagement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure alignment with global strategies. Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic and operational brand plans based on customer insights and market trends.
Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with global strategies and local market needs.
Collaborate with sales teams to provide tactical marketing support, including training, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
Analyze business data to identify opportunities for growth and improve customer engagement.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
Monitor brand performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications/Skills
Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry (specialty therapy)
Strong analytical skills and experience working with business data.
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing or Business Administration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multichannel marketing and digital campaigns.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
Work Environment:
This role is based in India and will require on-site presence with occasional travel.
