Job Summary:
Biryaanism is hiring a Marketing & Brand Manager to oversee digital marketing, brand communication, and PR initiatives. The role involves managing campaigns, social media presence, influencer tie-ups, and customer engagement while leading a small creative team.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and share impactful brand stories across digital platforms. Build and manage relationships with media, influencers, and partners. Manage Biryaanism App offers, notifications, and engagement campaigns. Lead PR and marketing initiatives within budget, ensuring quality and consistency. Guide team workflow, creative output, and customer retention activities.
Candidate Profile:
Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills with PR expertise. Leadership ability to manage and inspire a small marketing team. Basic knowledge of Canva, image/video editing, and social media tools. Creative storyteller with a strong aesthetic sense and emotional narrative flow. Multi-lingual communicator: fluent in Bengali, English & Hindi. Experienced candidates preferred; freshers with strong creative skills may also apply.
